Bunting & Bunting has been created by us, Ewen and Deborah Bunting, a husband-and-wife team with over 40 years of combined experience in the property industry in London and Kent. Together, we offer a tailored approach to property services, with a focus on delivering the best results for our clients. We have called Biggin Hill home since 2011, and during the time we have lived here, we have identified a gap in the market for a more personal, high quality, community-driven approach to real estate in the town and surrounding villages. That is what inspired us to launch our own independent agency here.

We were drawn to the area by the welcoming atmosphere and surrounding countryside and are dedicated to helping others find their next home in this area. Ewen Bunting
Director, Bunting & Bunting
Hi there! I'm Ewen Bunting, one of the founders of Bunting & Bunting, alongside my wife, Deborah. With over 20 years of experience in real estate, I’ve had the privilege of working in one of the most competitive property markets in the world. I rose to become the Managing Director of a leading independent estate agency in south west London, gaining a wealth of experience in innovative marketing techniques and all things property. After the agency I worked for was acquired by a corporate company, Deborah and I saw the perfect opportunity to finally create something special in the area we’ve come to love and where we are raising our family. Biggin Hill has been our home for the last 14 years. Access to the countryside and beautiful surrounding villages, combined with a welcoming local feel, has meant our choice of living here has been a blessing for us.
I’m at my happiest when walking our labrador Albie in the countryside. Our two daughters have only ever known this area as home and love the local amenities. I can’t wait for them to be big enough to share my love of basketball and master the guitar, although our eldest is more keen on the drums!
Deborah Bunting

Hello! I’m Deborah Bunting, co-founder of Bunting & Bunting, alongside my husband, Ewen. I started my property career at the beginning of 2005 in Putney, moving across to an independent south west London agent in Wandsworth, Clapham and Battersea, where I worked for nearly ten years alongside Ewen building up extensive experience in the fast paced London market. In 2016 I decided to work more locally as Senior Head of Sales for a large agency in Sevenoaks, remaining there for seven and a half years, selling property in a wide area surrounding the town.
I feel privileged to have been able to work in both the London and country markets, selling a fabulous variety of properties and building up a wealth of experience. For me, Biggin Hill is the perfect location for my combined experience of the country market and that of bustling South London. We love living here because we are surrounded by beautiful countryside and the lifestyle benefits that brings. We are also grateful that the location means we can access the amenities of London and larger towns easily as and when we want to.
I have a keen interest in history and love the fact that the area has such a rich and compelling story to tell. My other passion is photography, my friends laugh at how many pictures I take on days out! I love capturing a moment and a memory, it is the sentimental part of me. I understand that your property is not just a house but your home, where you have made memories and experienced the milestones of life. I recognise that there are often deep emotions involved in making the decision to sell your home or move location and therefore take an empathetic approach to being your agent. I provide practical, yet compassionate advice on how best to move forward.
